I said weeks ago to a few friends of mine. If EDM beats the Sharks. Theyre my favorite to win it all. These playoffs have already given us so many upsets. Im stoked to see what happens.

After 10 years of suck you have more faith than I do. It was a good battle that could have gone either way, especially after the 7-0 ass kicking. Sharks seem to have a lot of young guys coming up that can keep the window open for a while yet, but Burns, Vlasic, rat face and Pavelski are keys. This team is far from done, but I'm not sure how dominant they can be for the next few years.

I was finally able to watch an entire game of this series and was really amazed how the same Sharks who looked so poised, looked rattled.

Edmonton's team speed really was the difference.

San Jose ran into a buzz saw. Honestly, having seen a lot of the other series, I think the Sharks would have advanced against any other team in the West. That is not to say that they don't need to make some changes, but much of what they have needed to change has been known.

Edm was a problem much the same way the Pens were for us last year. Speed. Edm has some fast young players. Sharks have a ton of skill and while I still believe a healthy Sharks team would have beaten Edm, considering they all but shut down McDavid much like they did to some top players last postseason. However, changes are needed this off-season. With Thornton and Marleau set to become free agents and the expansion draft coming it will interesting to see how this team looks next season. I'm hoping they retain Jumbo and Patty on cheaper deals, lose some cap to Vegas and are able to get some additional help. Also, the PP killed us all season long. That has to improve.

Not blaming the Refs they got the call correct - If you read the post my complaint is with DPS - Douchesytl should not have played last 2 games and he was a factor - that was an easy suspension call to make and that they didn't and he ended up being an important factor for the Oil win makes it even worse - I would be saying the same thing if that Spear happened to an Oil player - no space in this game for that kind of hack job - just typical Euro coward -

Let any of the Oil try that stunt this series - and they will get properly tuned up - that's for sure -

going on about Draisaitl being a cheap artist? he has 20 PIM this season, no history of anything remotely close to being dirty and a top 10 scorer in the NHL, was it a dumb move? of course it was, 2 games with no history ? nope..he was fined the max..if he does it again ( I doubt he pulls that stunt again ) yes, then he should start missing games...and really...Corey Perry...(mic drop)

Had u guys last year and surprised it didnt repeat. Oilers have changed the culture of their franchise and are the new upcoming team. Sharks need to be hungry next year, no excuses!!!

To understand a sport you don't need to play it. Talking trash has nothing to do with lacing them up. To know who the players are has nothing to do with lacing them up. I don't know if you know this but anybody can watch any team from anywhere. Fans from all over know more about hockey then ever before. Back in the 90s and before that, no. So you bashing CA fans is irrelevant at this point. Also, in case you've missed it, CA has actually had 3 of the best teams for the last 8yrs or so. That'll gain you some fan support....
